Q: How do I join?

A: To join the Casting Workbook as a Casting Director, you must fill out our online form and sign our mutual confidentiality agreement. Also, if you are not a current member of CDC, CSA, CCDA, you must provide two letters of reference from producer or SAG, AFTRA, EQUITY, TAMAC, EIC, ATA or other industry members of the Casting Workbook. These letters can be short and can be emailed to signup@castingworkbook.com, faxed or mailed to the office nearest you.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: There is no cost to use the Casting Workbook for qualified Casting Directors, however, we would love to have your breakdowns and sides. This saves the member agencies and their artists time and money when they are able to pull up agency breakdowns and artist sides online.

Q: How do I post breakdowns online?

A: It's very simple. Fill in your information, select the city or cities (for LA and Australia, select the Agents you would like to receive the project) and hit send. Agents can receive their notification by fax, email, cell phone or PDA of your project and submit electronic packages for you to evaluate. You can review submissions and build a selection list for your audition session electronically or you have the option of requesting packages to a specified address.
